Sunday Farms is a cannabis company specializing in rosin, flower, vape products, and other concentrates. The brand needed a cohesive packaging system that could adapt across its growing product line. In my role as packaging designer, I created custom packaging, jar labels, and vape pen wraps that maintained a consistent and recognizable visual identity across different products, formats, and sizes.

The Job

The Process

My process begins with the client sharing an idea, theme, or creative direction for each new strain. I translate that vision into a distinct visual concept while ensuring it still feels connected to the Sunday Farms brand. To keep the growing product line cohesive and efficient, I created a flexible packaging template that can be repurposed across jar labels, vape pen wraps, and other formats. This system allows each strain to have its own personality while maintaining consistent typography, layout, branding, and product information across the entire collection.

Once a design is approved, I prepare and submit multiple production-ready files to the printer. This includes the complete print artwork with the correct dimensions, bleed, and color settings, along with a separate file that indicates exactly where the gloss finish should be applied. This gloss layer acts as a production mask, allowing specific logos, illustrations, or details to stand out against the matte packaging and create a more premium, tactile finish.

Results

· Created a scalable packaging system that ould be reused across multiple strains and SKUs.

· Reduced design turnaround by building templates that made new product launches faster.

· Maintained a consistent brand look across jars, vape pens, and concentrate packaging.
